A recent union between Coresoft an established Australian based provider of specialist Enterprise style CRM solutions and Singapore based consortium, has resulted in the formation of a new Company based in Singapore to build specialist (in some cases industry specific) business solutions for the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME).
The new product that has been under wraps in Coresoft’s development labs in Sydney for the last 12 months, is due to be unveiled to a select group of customers for Trial in production environment over the next 2 months.
CyperNet has avoided introducing just another CRM system, and opted for a focus on how an SME would use the application in practical terms. This choice has allowed the overall package to give the user and impression of simplicity and ease of use without needing to comprimse on functionality.
Mr Martin Hannah CyperNet CTO says "the term ease of use is one of the more obscure terms used in the software industry today, as people can deceive themselves into beleiving that ease of use is a by product of improving cosmetic appearance of the sofware, and in the process of focusing only on appearance loose sight of the end users actual experience with the software. The only real answer is to focus on how a business user would actually use the software and build applications that make their job quicker and less error prone. The commercial benefit is the goal, and software screen consmetics are just one of the tools available to modern software companies"
